- Course records: your progress, quiz and exam results, completion date, and certificate details.
- Payment information: handled by our payment processor. We do not store your full card number.

Payment processors

How long we keep information
We keep your account and course records for as long as needed to provide the course, verify completions, and meet legal and recordkeeping requirements. When we no longer need the information, we delete or de-identify it.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, including encrypted connections, to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your rights and choices
You may ask to see, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, subject to records we must keep by law. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in the email. To make a request, email us. We will not treat you differently for exercising your rights.
California residents
If you live in California, you have the right to know what personal information we collect, use, and disclose; to request deletion or correction; and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross context behavioral advertising. You or an authorized agent may submit a request by email, and we will verify your identity before responding.
Children
This course is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the new version here with a new effective date. Significant changes will be highlighted on the site or sent by email.
